We are having a GIRL!

Ryan and I found out that we are having a baby girl. The ultrasound was so awesome! Ryan was able to arrange with work so he could go with me. During the ultrasound the tech measured her head and all of her limbs and other things. A few of the pictures looked a little freaky only because you saw her skeleton and all of her bones. The tech thought she was a boy at first because the umbilical cord was in the way.

There were two thing that I thought were really cute that happened during the procedure. The first thing was that during the 19th week the baby is practicing swallowing and we actually got to see it during the ultrasound...so cool! The other thing was that when the tech was trying to look at her spine and tail bone she wouldn't move from her position at all so the tech was moving and giggling my belly and then had me turn on my sides to see if that helped. Finally we got a good view of her spine just to have out little girl cover her bum and tail bone up with her hand...hahahah. Funny! I think we are in for it...she might turn out to be a little stubborn or a joker (just me and her Dad were when we were little). We are getting more excited every day for you to come. :)
